Translationz donated a translation in lieu of Mother’s Day! And what better way to say it than with a poem?
Children in a local daycare center were making a Mother’s Day craft using their footprints. School administrators advised that students whose mothers do not speak English wouldn’t be able to understand the poem they were including on the card, and that’s when we stepped in.
Quick on my feet, I crafted a poem with similar meaning and a fairly smooth rhyme scheme. We just thought we’d share with the world this tiny piece of happiness.
